A step-by-step view coloring process

Hi all. I hope anyone who reads this blog that was affected by Hurricane Sandy is ok and safe. I'm currently away from home as my street is full of boats from the local marina. Staten Island is not a good place to be right now. But I guess I'm thankful for being in NJ and have power right now. Someday I'll be able to get home, and I hope others are safe now and get power too.

So I've finally finished something I was working on for a long time. I'm very proud of this one, sooooo I decided to kind of show how the coloring process for this one went, so I just saved JPEGS of each layer as I add it on. I hope you like it as much as I do.

So from the linework to the finished project, this one is kind of a Steampunk drawing. The last one has a Sepia filter over it, which I'm not sure if I like it better with the filter or without, but either way I do love this :) Draw in Photoshop and the background was done in Illustrator.

Tomorrow I've got some more artworks to upload!! Yay!
